A fully managed support contract is the ideal option for businesses that want a hands-off approach to their IT infrastructure and assets. A fully managed support contract provides a full service outsourced IT department that covers:

- Server, firewall, security, off-site backup and disaster recovery services
- Hardware and software asset tracking

- Hardware and software procurement and installation
Supporting Existing IT Departments
Businesses often have a good level of IT skill in-house, but perhaps without the advantages of the breadth of skills that exist across our engineers, or the time to be fully up to date with the latest advances in technology. Simplex works with a number of clients where specific additional skills are required to complement in-house IT departments to help them function more effectively. These arrangements are fully bespoke depending on requirements.
Pay As You Go Support
Some businesses are reluctant to enter into contractual arrangements for support either for commercial reasons or because they have a low IT support requirement. Our PAYG service allows these businesses to take advantage of our skills and expertise on an hourly rate.
