Key Updates:
- This update improves the usability of the Agent Widget with the following improvements:
- Queue Login Status for Agents: The Agents Widget now supports showing the extension queue login status.
- Counting Unanswered Outgoing Calls: The Agent Widget can now count unanswered outgoing call for each agent displayed within the Agent Widget.
- Missed Incoming Queue Calls: You can now enable an additional column in the Agent Widget to display the count of incoming missed queue calls for each extension.
- End of Legacy Client Support: Clients older than 1.12.4 are no longer fully supported. Please ensure your client software is up to date to continue enjoying uninterrupted service.
- General Improvements: Enjoy a smoother and more reliable experience with various bug fixes and performance enhancements.

- Full Support for 3CX Version 20: Now compatible from Update 1 to Update 8.
- Support for 3CX Version 18 Update 9B: Added compatibility for the final V18 update.
- Improved Detection of Duplicated CDR Logs: The server will now handle the processing of duplicated logs better and will remove any previously imported duplicated logs.
- Enhanced Queue Selection: Now filter your "Active Queue Calls" and "Unanswered Call Tracking" widgets by selecting multiple queues at once, providing a more comprehensive view.
- New Agent Status Pie Chart: Enhanced visualization for better monitoring.
- Agent Widget Other Party: The agent widget can now display the other party's information.
- New Widget Layout - Type 9, 10 & 11: Introducing new widget layouts giving you more customisation choice.
- Queue Waiting Summary Widget: New widget to summarise waiting calls in the queue.
- RSS Feed Widget: Stay updated with the new RSS feed widget.
- Compatibility Issue Detection: Automatically detect compatibility issues with 3CX naming conventions.
- 3CX Contact List Synchronization: Seamlessly sync your 3CX contact list.
- Automatic Update of Extension Names: Extension names will now auto-update from 3CX.
- Idle Time Reset Option: Choose to reset the agent widget's idle time only for external calls.
- Decimal Support in Time% Column: The agent widget's Time% column now supports decimal values (e.g., 8.5 hours).
- Improved Connection to 3CX: The Wallboard server will no longer create duplicated connection entries with 3CX.
- End of WCF V2 Support: Support for WCF V2 has been discontiued for clients older than Version 1.10 (pre-2022).
- Microsoft .NET 4.8 Requirement: Please note that Microsoft .NET 4.8 is now required for 1.12.
