Installing a solution and ensuring the correct hardware and software configurations are set from the outset are critical. Simplex Solutions undertakes both on site and off site engineering to correctly configure and install any given solution.

When undertaking the installation of a solution Simplex always looks for the most effective way of having minimal disruption to our customers’ businesses. Where possible, engineering to configure hardware and software is carried out off site, usually at our head office in Staffordshire. This allows us to deliver a solution efficiently by fulfilling as much engineering work off site so that on site work is kept efficient both in terms of time and money.

Whenever a solution is installed, on site and off site testing of the setup and configurations used are completed to ensure that the solution functions fully to our customers’ requirements.
